    Awesome Video I followed every step and deployed the proxy but when I go to the address from the web browser, it just says Hello World! on the page I even tried deleting the app and downloaded new script that I got from the internet but no luck. Please help!

    labnol, would this have to be enacted on a server which did not block things so the connection to google can be created during the deployment? so would this have to happen on a home server as opposed to a school one?

    Tried on Windows 7 x64.
    Didn’t work.
    I get the error “Server Error 409 “

    This is fantastic. I tried it on Mac and it worked flawlessly. However I downloaded the right packages for Mac platform.

    Is the IP address of this proxy server would be google’s? If so isn’t this a violation of their tos if people use it to abuse? :( just wondering!

    Though Google has data centers everywhere, I guess the machines in this case would be somewhere in the US.

    I think the steps would be save .. you just need to download the installers for Linux instead of Windows.
