Ditto. I know it’s not the best-known or best-liked of the Coen brothers’ films, but it’s definitely one of my personal favorites!

I’m glad you like the film, I absolutely HATED it. Oh, it was awful. When I first rented it, I noticed that the tape hadn’t been rewound – it had been stopped in the middle for some reason. I later found out why, the movie was horrible and the previous viewer must have just stopped watching about 1/2 way through. That was understandable, as, though I watched the whole thing, I was very disappointed.

I’ve always loved this movie. I just wish that I din’t have a growing hatred for Tim Robbins. Every time he opens his mouth or makes a piece of garbage, I loathe more and more. It’s starting to effect my opinion of his older movies. Damn shame.
