The later method where you peel off the top and are left with a blank white card. Is this used for non-foils?
Can you take the blank white card and shove that through and inkjet and have it work, or do you only really recommend the transparent paper.

Yes, that is an inkjet printer.
I use MSE or GIMP and Photoshop templates in some cases.
As I’ve stated, the goal is to make proxies primarily for fun. This began as a project for cube drafting. This makes for a better drafting experience when you no longer need to worry about your valuable cards.

Your video is fantastic! Couple questions though:
Are you using an inkjet printer?
Where do you recommend printing the proxies from? Particular Internet site? Or do you make them yourself?
Thanks.

Does it work with no shining cards?

I used the standard 3M transparency film, its .003″ but the thinner the better. There are plenty of products on the internet that have much less thickness. You can play with this process a bit, if anyone finds a better method let me know.

What transparencies do you use? Because I can’t find any transparencies near me. Also Conflux foils wok really well and are easy to find.

Why would you want to destroy the cards?

I’ve been experimenting with actually printing the ink on with a laser printer, but this actually seems much simpler. I also find that conflux and M10 foils are the best for taking the ink off of. Thanks for the great guide.

That is surprisingly simple. Thank you.
